Some of the movable assets are vehicles, shares, equipment, and bank accounts. On the other hand, immovable assets include land, property, a house, or premises.
In the UAE, all seized assets are listed publicly and officially. The judiciary can order the sale of the seized assets.
Assets for Auction or Sale:
In case a debtor fails to settle the outstanding debts, the UAE courts can choose to order the sale or auction of assets via public auction. Nevertheless, the auctions are organized under judicial supervision. They will make sure transparency and fairness in every transaction.
The assets are valued under the direct supervision of the court. The UAE courts will appoint experts for the valuation of assets. The debtors can object to the valuation if they feel it is undervalued or contains errors.
The money generated from the auction is used to pay delinquent amounts, execution costs, fees, and more. Any excess amount generated from auction will be returned to the debtor. All auction procedure is carefully monitored, and the sale of an asset or property is the last option.

Time Limitation in Execution Cases:
There are time restrictions attached to execution matters. Any delay in enforcement can adversely impact the legal position. The creditors are encouraged to take swift action immediately after judgments. Time limits deeply affect the enforcement and availability.
